#1 Not having to figure out the parking situation
The below is a drawing of the mall parking lot. The street in and out of the plaza. Wait, is that a fence? Yes, yes it is (you have to pay to park). Wait, what's that by the fence? Yep, parking spots. Um, how do you get in and out of the parking spots by the fence? Good question... a question someone apparently forgot to ask.
It makes me chuckle every time I pass by.
